General Staffing Positions

Warehouse Staff Job Description: We are currently filling full-time openings for warehouse staff in Elkhart. Pervious warehouse experience preferred with the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Duties include but are not limited to loading and unloading semi-trailers, forklift operation, order picking, inventory restocking and paperwork processing. Must be 18 to apply. Specialized Positions

Accounts Receivable Job Description: Jake’s Fireworks is searching for an Accounts Receivable clerk for our accounting department. As a member of the finance team the primary responsibility of this position is to manage the day-to-day activity of the accounts receivable function including but not limited to: Process sales orders and prepare invoices. Research and reconcile open AR ledger transactions Prepare Statement of Accounts to customers Assist in projects and audits as needed Requirements Candidate also must be detail oriented, computer literate, able to work independently and willing to cross-train. Candidate must possess excellent people skills. Previous Accounts Receivable experience is preferred.
